Child Safety Standards
Our zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation
Our Commitment
RedQur maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, on or off the platform. This page is our publicly available, externally published safety standard, in compliance with app store child safety requirements for social and dating apps.
Prevention & Enforcement
We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that endangers minors, including:
- Automated and manual content moderation across all media types
- Immediate removal of violating content and permanent suspension of offending accounts
- Preservation of evidence and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required by law
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
How to Report a Concern
There are two ways to report a child safety concern to RedQur:
- In-app Report tool — available on any profile, post, comment, or message for users signed in to the app.
- Direct email — anyone, including people without a RedQur account (such as a parent or guardian), can report a concern directly to support@redqur.com.
Response Process
Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are prioritized and reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the content and permanent suspension of the offending account. Where CSAM is confirmed, evidence is preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required by law.
Legal Compliance
RedQur complies with all relevant child safety laws and reports suspected CSAM to regional and national authorities, including NCMEC, as legally required.
